Ratchet Buckle 50mm 2000Kgs Narrow Handle
The RB5020 is a 50mm narrow handle ratchet buckle designed for 50mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking narrow handle ratchet and has a steel handle. The base of the ratchet has two 7mm holes and has a nut and bolt for attaching the webbing.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF® and part number RB5020 for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from Carbon Steel.

The RB5020 ratchet is used in our range of Gas Bottle Securing straps for forklift trucks. GTF provide a range of end fittings that can be used with this ratchet. GTF provide a range of 50mm polyester webbing that can be used in conjunction with the RB5020 Ratchet Buckle.
