Ratchet Buckle 25mm 2000Kgs Wide Handled
The RB2520WH is a wide handled ratchet buckle designed for 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has a steel handle. The ratchet has an 7mm hole in base the that allows the ratchet to be bolted to permanent structures. The ratchet buckle is a standard ratchet used for restraining lorry straps in road transport and general-purpose applications.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 1000daN (1000kg) stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF and part number RB2520WH for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 2000Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from Carbon Steel.
