Ratchet Buckle 25mm 900Kgs Olive Drab
The RB2509OD is a an olive drab epoxy coated light weight ratchet buckle designed for 25mm webbing. It has a breaking strength (BS) of 900Kg. The ratchet buckle is a non-locking ratchet and has a pressed steel handle. The base of the ratchet has a 6.8mm hole and a solid riveted pin instead of a nut and bolt.
The base and handle is epoxy coated. All the moving parts including the spreader bars, locking latch in base, latch in handle and springs are yellow passivated.
The ratchet meets the requirements of the European Load Restraint Legislation Standard EN12195-2:2001 which requires the buckle to have a lashing capacity (LC) of 450daN. This capacity is stamped on the ratchet together with the suppliers name GTF and part number RB2509OD for full traceability. The breaking strength (BS) of 900Kg is also shown to indicate the maximum load that can be applied to the buckle before failure.
The Ratchet is manufactured from Carbon Steel.
